Hand cut stencil screenprints relating to the awful treatment of ducks and geese in the production of Foie Gras, a horrific practice for a 'delicacy' which i cant believe still continues - force feeding the animals multiple times a day til their livers swell to up to 10 times their original size, as well as being kept in filthy conditions unable to move, they have a metal tube over a foot long shoved down their throats, sometimes with such force it tears the throat causing the birds to suffocate on their own vomit.
